The Association of Political Science Students (APSS) is the
national assembly of Nepali youths and students who are interested
to be involved in study of politics and its educational activities,
whether they are currently enrolled in school to university level
study or from informal educational background, those who are now
under the age of 30. The APSS is working to develop Nepali youths
and students capacity for their engagement in national and local
level policy influence and process, and creating critical mass
of Nepali youth and students towards sustainable peace, democracy
and development by stimulating them in careful deliberation of political,
social and development issues, and their possible resolutions by
exploring their innovative ideas.
The APSS is fighting for youth right and their meaningful participation
in national policy and programme designing and implementation, by
identifying their physical, psychological, social and economic potentialities.
Established in 2001, the APSS is non-profit making, non-religious,
non-political and inclusive youth organization registered to the
Kathmandu District Administration Office (DAO) under the Social
Organization Registration Act, and Social Welfare Council Nepal.

The Association of Political Science Students is a national
network of young people and their organizations, whose mission is to
promote the dignity of the person and building solidarity among youths
and students admitting from every corner of the country. We train
young people to work at the national and international levels to
impact policy and culture. Through this lived experience of
the dignity of the person, young people are able to affirm life
at all levels of society. |
